I met Ellen Fisher while interviewing inspiring female leaders on Maui for my tropical moms series. baby Sandy was still in the belly!

then we had a beach cruise and interview, where Ellen shared her favorite healthy places to eat for families visiting the island.

I cherish the time I spend with her ohana — Elvis and Sandy are vibrant little humans that make me laugh and swoon over their cuteness. Elvis couldn’t wait to show me his new garden… seeing children passionate about caring for our home and eating healthy at such a young age — is the way!
