upon returning from a 3-month photo tour/road trip around the west coast — the busiest month in the history of my photography business unfolded. I did 3 weddings and 20 portrait sessions. wait, what?! yes! shit was crazy.

I simultaneously took 3 classes at UH Maui and continued in my journey towards my social work degree.

that being said, ya girl is a little behind on sharing all of these magical photo sessions that went down. I had the opportunity to connect and document heaps of special moments in time. always counting my blessings to touch down with people and make art that encapsulates the love they feel.

first up — Ingrid, Nico and bebe Naia. in Hawai’i, 1st birthday’s are a big deal! so to celebrate, we did a morning photo session in paia, close to where Ingrid and Nico live. y’all have heard me say it so many times, but sunrise sessions rule. keiki tend to be more fresh and some of my favorite places to photograph at are empty. plus there is something magical about a new day on planet earth. the sun holding it down and reminding us we have another opportunity to bring more love into our lives.

I love these natural moments of connection during this ohana session.
